Alan Chambers is a highly experienced recruitment leader, entrepreneur, and business
consultant with a passion for building high-performing teams and helping organisations unlock their full potential through exceptional talent.
With a career spanning the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia, Alan began his professional journey in senior business management roles working with several Top 25 FTSE companies. These roles provided him with a deep commercial understanding of how successful organisations operate and the strategic importance of talent in driving performance, growth, and profitability.
Educated to Master’s level at Middlesex University Business School in London, Alan combines strong academic foundations with a highly practical and results-driven approach to business.
Driven by the belief that recruitment could be delivered better — with greater transparency,
partnership, and strategic value — Alan founded ArcTree Recruitment, building it into an award-winning recruitment business over more than 16 years and is passionate about continuing this journey and award-winning service delivery with En-Tech Recruitment.

Linda is an results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on engineering, tech, and finance recruitment. Currently part of En-Tech Recruitment, she is dedicated to connecting businesses with high-quality talent through a client-centric approach.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Linda worked at ArcTree Advisory, where she gained valuable experience in HR, Governance, and Risk Management. This role honed her ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Previously, Linda held leadership roles at Vincents and ASIC, gaining extensive expertise in compliance, risk management, and forensic investigations.
